We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

The Change Cycle Series uses the collected data for these purposes:

When utilizing The eLocator app provided by your organization:

  • The only personal data we have is the email address you use to log in.
  • We do not have your name, address or phone number.
  • The email address is stored in a cookie that is automatically deleted after 120 minutes.
  • We delete your eLocator results within 30 days.

Transfer of Data

If you are located outside United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, to our server in the United States and process it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer. The Change Cycle Series will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your personal data will take place.
